Payment Information

Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice). Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.

If requested, the invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment to the e-mail indicated as your contact address.

The participant/payer is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

The early bird registration expires on 30 June 2025. The deadline to register for payment through international bank transfer is 30 September 2025.

The fee must be paid in full before the conference.

Cancellation of registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretary e-mail: iufro2025@126.com

If you cancel your registration, the refund will be conducted based on the Refunds policy.

Refunds

Cancellations made by 10 September 2025: The total amount will be refunded except for the cancellation fee of CNY 200.

Cancellations made after 10 September 2025 and no-shows for any reason: No refunds or fee reductions will be granted.
