General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Beijing Forestry University and the Chinese Academy of Forest Science are the administration offices of the 6th IUFRO International Conference on Forests and Water in a Changing Environment. They administer conferences and other events. To do this, they must collect and process personal data. The purpose of their privacy policy is to explain the data collected and how they use it, as well as your rights as a data subject.
Please make sure to submit the application form before 10th September 2025 to the symposium committee for arranging venue and accommodation and other related matters.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretary e-mail: iufro2025@126.com
If you cancel your registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of CNY 200.
The Registration Fee includes:
Full admission to the 6th IUFRO International Conference on Forests and Water in a Changing Environment according to the congress program, including access to the relevant exhibition.
Welcome reception on 21 Oct. 2025 at Beijing Forestry University.
Coffee breaks and meals from 21 to 23 Oct. 2025
One in-conference excursion on 22 Oct. 2025.
Change of delegate
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the congress secretariat as soon as possible but no later than 1 October 2025.

Invitation Letter
Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. You will have the option to request an invitation letter in the registration process. Registration must be complete, and payment received in order to receive your invitation letter.
