Instructions for Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations are allocated 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- The presentation must be delivered by an author or co-author.
- The optimal display ratio for the presentation is 16:9.
- You may use the provided PC (Windows system with Microsoft PowerPoint) in the session room.
- Please send us your presentation file. We will copy and test it for you.
- You’re free to change the file anytime by contacting us.
- If there are any modifications, please have them copy the files to the conference room computer 15 minutes before the session starts.
- A volunteer will be available to assist with starting each presentation during the session.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
- The maximum poster size is 90cm×120cm.Poster boards are in landscape format.
- Presenters are responsible for providing a printed poster, arranged in a top-down, left-to-right reading format.
- Please set up your poster before the opening ceremony and remove it after the session concludes.
- An author or co-author must be present at the poster session to engage in discussions.
